Management class

From accounting to marketing to human resource management, develop the skills you need to be critical thinkers for today’s dynamic, technologically complex, and global environment.

About Us

The Department of Management at the U.S. Air Force Academy ranks among the most prestigious management and business degrees in the nation as the #1 undergraduate-only business school in the country and 57th among all undergraduate business schools according to U.S News & World Report Best Colleges.

This program produces critical thinkers who can adapt quickly in today’s dynamic, technologically complex, global environment—skills that are essential for Air Force and Space Force officers and future community leaders. Depending on their focus, cadets study traditional business topics like accounting, finance, human resource management, marketing, production & operations, information systems, strategy, operations research, systems engineering, and other aspects of management. Each topic amplifies the development of officers who are ready to lead on day one – with intentional focus on educating and preparing warfighters to execute the mission, lead people, manage resources, and improve their units.
