Bio
Major Mark Wireman is an Instructor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has served as engineer for heavy aircraft simulators and on the A-10, upgrading, sustaining, and improving the avionics systems. He has also in test, upgrading test equipment and testing inertial systems for the Air Force. He received this Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Space Systems by “fingerprinting” the Russian navigation system of GLONASS, bringing it one step closer to safe use by the DoD. After this, he served as Section Lead at AFRL, conducting research in space systems as well as Program Manager of the Mycroft satellite. Following this, he served as Section Commander for AFRL Kirtland. Finally, Major Wireman served with the Defense Acquisition University at Fort Belvoir, VA instructing hundreds of DoD personnel on systems engineering and acquisition.
