Prep Men's Wrestling
The mission of the wrestling program is to develop IC-recruited athletes for the rigors of Division I wrestling, expand their wrestling knowledge and skillset, and instill the AF core values into their athletic experience. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, skill development, and proper execution of the fundamentals of the sport. Wrestlers will be taught tactics and techniques run by USAFA Falcon Wrestling and will participate in a strategic, focused strength and conditioning program modeled after the USAFA program.
The Prep School wrestling team participates in a 12-15 event schedule, competing against junior college and NCAA/NAIA junior varsity teams. Competitions are mostly open tournaments and include a season-ending national championship event. The wrestling season runs from September to March.
