Captain Abby Fenn is an Instructor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Prior to her assignment as an instructor, she was stationed at Kadena Air Base, Japan. There, she served in the 353d Special Operations Wing as a Wing Executive Officer as well as on the A-Staff as the A4I (Installations) Division Chief.

Abby received her commission from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2019. Following her commission, she gained experience as a base-level Civil Engineer at Kadena AB, Japan and Kunsan AB, Republic of Korea. She earned her Master of Science in December 2023 from Colorado State University.
