
Bio
Captain Brandynne Cintado is a Research Analyst at the Office of Labor and Economic Analysis (OLEA). This position is located within the Dean of Faculty at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado. OLEA applies labor and economic analysis to inform Department of the Air Force leaders on personnel policy and programs across the talent management system to attract, employ and retain talented Air Force and Space Force professionals.
Captain Cintado was commissioned through the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps at Texas A&M University in 2016. After retraining into the Force Support Officer career field in 2020, he served in numerous positions at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. In 2023, he was competitively selected for the Force Support Cohort Analytics Program. During this time, he received his initial data analytics education and worked on various Air Force level workforce analytics projects.
