Bio
Dr. Jay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Military and Strategic Studies (MSS/DFMI) at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is also the Chief of Graduate Studies and Scholarships for the department. Jay holds a BA and MA from Marquette University in International Affairs, and an MA and a PhD in Political Science from Northwestern University. He is also a veteran of the U.S Army.
