Bio

Colonel Jean-Philippe Peltier received his commission from Officer Training School, Maxwell AFB, AL, in 1995. He is a career intelligence officer. He served as acting head of the department of Foreign Languages from 2014 to 2015. Prior to his return at USAFA, Colonel Peltier served as an advisor to the National Defense College of the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
