
Bio
I was born and raised in Aix-en-Provence, France to English-speaking parents. At the age of fourteen, I spent a year in school in the Netherlands before moving to Southern California. I did my final year of high school in California.
I joined the U.S. Army and went to the Defense Language Institute to learn Russian. I got my B.A. in Russian. I then got my M.A. in French. After graduation, I worked for three years in a high school in Mississippi. I have been teaching here at U.S. Air Force Academy since 2008.
