Bio
Dr. Neil G. Rogers is a Staff Field Applications Engineer supporting Aerospace and Defense customers at Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI). He works with defense contractors, government laboratories, and emerging technology organizations to develop advanced RF, microwave, radar, communications, and electronic warfare systems. In parallel with his industry role, he serves as the Erdle Chair in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he teaches and mentors future military and highly technical engineering leaders.
Dr. Rogers retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel after more than two decades of service in engineering, intelligence, research, and acquisition organizations. His assignments included leadership roles at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and the Academy. As Deputy Chief Engineer for the JSTARS Recapitalization program, he helped guide the technical development of one of the Air Force’s largest airborne surveillance modernization efforts.
Through his combined experience in industry, government, and academia, Dr. Rogers brings expertise in RF and microwave systems, phased arrays, electronic warfare, radar, communications, electromagnetics, and aerospace system design.
