Mr. Christopher Edl is an Information Technology Specialist with the Department of Military and Strategic Studies at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. In this role, he provides information technology support, systems administration, network services, and technical solutions that enable faculty, staff, and cadets to accomplish the Academy’s educational mission.

Mr. Edl served in the U.S. Army from 2014 to 2019, attaining the rank of Specialist (E-4). During his military service, he developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and mission-focused operations. Following his military service, he transitioned into the information technology field, where he continues to support government operations by delivering enterprise IT services, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring reliable technology solutions for end users.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Edl enjoys spending time with his family, restoring and modifying vehicles, welding and fabrication, fishing, hunting, and exploring the Colorado outdoors.
