Lt Col White is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, United States Air Force Academy, CO. He is a senior pilot with over 3000 flying hours in the C-21A, C-17A and T-53.  Lt Col White has served at the wing and MAJCOM levels. Most recently he served as the Chief of Operations at the U.S. Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, the surface component of US Transportation Command, as part of the Joint Mobility Exchange Program.  Lt Col White completed his PhD at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where his research focused on entrepreneurship and university technology transfer. He and his wife, Cynthia have four children.
