Bio

Lt Col Dave Huston is the Chief, Integration Division at the United States Air Force Academy’s (USAFA) Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD). He graduated from USAFA in 2001 and served as a meteorology officer until 2011 when he joined the CCLD to work with the cadets who run USAFA’s Honor Code System. In 2014 CCLD sponsored him for a PhD at the University of Missouri—St. Louis. In 2017 upon earning his degree, he returned to the CCLD to aid the integration of leader development across all aspects of USAFA. His current research focuses on leader development in the context of Air Force doctrine.
