Bio

Lieutenant Colonel Gene Richter currently serves as Deputy Director of the Geosciences Program and Instructor within the Department of Economics and Geosciences, Dean of Faculty, United States Air Force Academy. Lt Col Richter came to the Air Force Academy in June 2018 from a Joint assignment at the United States European Command Directorate of Strategy and Policy. As a career Intelligence Officer and Foreign Area Officer, he has served with distinction in numerous operational and staff assignments throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the United States
