Bio

Lieutenant Colonel Gil Young Lee is an Exchange Professor of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy. He is also a Permanent Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Korea Air Force Academy. He instructed students in a variety of courses for 10 years at the Korea Air Force Academy, and served as the Head of same Department since 2014. He started his career at the United States Air Force Academy in July 2018.

Lieutenant Colonel Gil Young Lee entered the Korea Air Force Academy in 1993 and graduated in 1997. After graduation, He served as Aircraft and Avionics maintenance officer at the Korean 18th and 19th fighter wing. He was selected as a faculty member of the Korea Air Force Academy in 2004 and educated cadets for 10 years.
