location: Polaris Hall attendance: by invitation only; conference offering Parents’ Club Presidents information and briefings from Academy organizations and Senior Staff.

location: The Carlton House attendance: by invitation only; reception hosted by the Superintendent for Parents’ Club Presidents.

7:30am-9:10am Multi-Domain Laboratory (MDL) Tour
location: Fairchild Hall, Rm. 2H28 attendance: Cadet escort required; NO BUS SUPPORT
8:15am-9:40am Cadet Aviation Capabilities Exercise (CAPEX)
location: Stillman Field  attendance: welcome guests; bleacher seating for Stillman Field opens at 7:15am; watch the Academy’s “Wings of Blue” parachute team, your national champion glider team, and powered flight aircraft as they demonstrate the various cadet-led aviation and leadership programs that are offered to cadets during their four years at the Academy; BUS SUPPORT and ADA shuttle
9:45am-11:00pm Cadet Wing Parade
location: Stillman Field  attendance: MANDATORY FOR ALL CADETS; welcome guests; bleacher seating for Stillman Field opens at 7:15am; arrive early for pre-parade demonstrations; Cadets will be released on the field to meet with their guests; if the parade is cancelled for severe weather, guests may check with their cadet to see whether their Squadron will move up their Open House time; BUS SUPPORT and ADA shuttle

Planetarium Open House
location: Planetarium  attendance:welcome guests; the last show is at 1:00pm for the first session to accommodate the Senior Leader Panel from 2:00pm-3:15pm; last show for second session is at 4:30pm.
11:00am-2:00pm Squadron BBQs/Open Houses
location: Sijan and Vandenberg Halls attendance: welcome guests; MANDATORY FOR ALL UPPER CLASS CADETS; if the cadet parade is cancelled due to inclement weather, squadrons may hold their open houses earlier (10:00am-2:00pm); check with your cadet for more information; NO BUS SUPPORT; ADA Shuttle from Parade Handicap Lot to Cadet Area available if requested starting at noon
11:15am-1:15pm Lunch
location: Mitchell Hall attendance: FOR FOURTH CLASS CADETS AND THEIR GUESTS; Cadets must purchase guest tickets in advance; lunch for visitors is also available at the Field House, Visitor Center, Falcon Club, Arnold Hall, and food trucks at various Cadet area locations (prices/times vary); NO BUS SUPPORT; you can purchase lunch tickets here.
11:30am-12:30pm Muslim Service
location: Sijan Hall, Oasis 3 attendance: Halaal Meal / Congregational Prayer; welcome guests; requires pre-arranged escort inside restricted area due to chapel renovation
11:30am-4:30pm Parents’ Weekend Information Fair
location: Arnold Hall Ballroom  attendance: welcome guests; offers information and giveaways from many Academy and community organizations; information booths available from the Commandant of Cadets, Cadet Clubs, Cadet Sponsor Program, 306th Flying Training Group, 10 FSS Support Services, and various Academy support groups; food and beverages available in Richter Lounge and food trucks on the Arnold Hall Ballroom patio; Cadet performing groups will be on stage in the ballroom from 11:30am-12:30pm; don’t miss this popular event; NO BUS SUPPORT
12:30pm-4:00pm Multi-Domain Laboratory (MDL) Tour

12:30pm-4:00pm Dean of Faculty Open House

12:30pm-3:00pm Center for Character and Leadership Development Tours
location: Polaris Hall attendance: Cadets may escort parents through Polaris Hall and the Honor Board Assembly Room; NO BUS SUPPORT
12:30pm-4:30pm Airfield Open House
location: Davis Airfield attendance: Cadets must escort their guests to the airfield; come view static displays of Academy aircraft and parachuting equipment and visit with the staff of the 306th Flying Training Group; BUS SUPPORT; ADA shuttle parks at the airfield
12:30pm-4:30pm Athletic Department Open House
location: Cadet Field House attendance: welcome guests; come visit the Cadet Field House and the Cadet Gymnasium; meet the Athletics staff and learn all about the many athletics programs available at the Academy; NO BUS SUPPORT
2:00pm-3:15pm Senior Leaders’ Panel and Parents’ Q&A
location: Fairchild Hall, F1  attendance: seating limited to the first 900 guests; Cadets will escort parents to F1 Auditorium and pick them up after the session ends; opportunity for new (or returning) cadet parents to receive an overview of Academy programs from senior staff, including the Superintendent, Command Chief, Commandant of Cadets, Dean of the Faculty, and Athletic Director; a Q&A session will follow presentations; NO BUS SUPPORT
5:00pm-7:00pm Dinner Buffet
location: Mitchell Hall attendance: open to Cadets only
6:00pm Jewish Service

All fourth-class Cadets report to Squadron SARs for accountability formation and to board the busses to the stadium NLT 6:30am
7:00am Squadron Accountability Formation
All third-class Cadets report to Squadron SARs for accountability formation and to board the busses to the stadium NLT 7:10am
9:15am Squadron Accountability Formation
all second and first-class Cadets report to squadron accountability formation at the stadium; parents not attending the football game must drop their upper-class cadet off in the cadet area by 8:00am in time for them to catch the bus to the stadium; beginning at 7:00am traffic on Stadium Blvd will be inbound to the stadium only, and parents and visitors will not be able to leave the stadium area until after the first quarter of the game.
7:45am-10:15am Squadron Tailgates at Football Game
location: Falcon Stadium  attendance: parents are welcome to join their cadet(s) in the tailgating area; NO BUS SUPPORT
11:00am Home Football Game vs. University of Northern Iowa
location: Falcon Stadium attendance: Cadets are required to attend the game and must sit with the Cadet Wing but do not need to purchase ticket; for guest tickets, call the Athletic Ticket Office at (800) 666-8723, (719) 472-1895, or purchase on-line at www.goairforcefalcons.com; Cadet bus support only
3:00pm CADETS MAY MEET THEIR GUESTS AND DEPART FALCON STADIUM AFTER THE THIRD VERSE OF THE AIR FORCE SONG AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE GAME; CADETS MUST SIGN IN BY MONDAY, 7:50pm; 11:00pm FOR FIRSTIES

The last bus departs for Jacks Valley at 1:30pm; the last bus departs from Jacks Valley at 2:15 to return to the field house parking lot by 2:30pm. Walking shoes and water bottles recommended; BUS SUPPORT ONLY; NO ADA shuttle
