Reservation Request
Thank you for choosing the Hosmer Visitor Center for your venue needs. Our goal is to ensure optimal use of all spaces in support of visitor engagement, operational efficiency, staff effectiveness, and long-term facility sustainability. A list of institutional priorities can be found in our Space Utilization Policy Memo. Reservations are not final until the requester receives a confirmation email from the Hosmer Visitor Center staff.
Conference Room
- Availability 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Support Designated IT/AV staff will assist users with setup; however, users must supply their own laptops, presentation materials, etc.
- Capacity 49; however only 30 seats available
- No food or drink will be allowed in the conference room without approval of the visitor center director
Plaza (Outdoor)
- Availability 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. – Seven (7) days a week
- Support Users are responsible for all logistical setup needs (e.g., chairs, tables, mics, speakers, flags, etc.) and tear-down within approved timeframes, and the plaza must be returned to its original condition. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate termination of plaza use and denial of future requests.
- Note The outdoor plaza is multi-purpose venue intended to support USAFA institutional and other outreach events, educational programming, official and personal ceremonies, and informal public use consistent with the mission of the Hosmer Visitor Center. Use of the outdoor plaza must not impede public access unless specifically authorized. All activities must comply with safety, force protection, and emergency management requirements.
