National Character and Leadership Symposium

Diversity Fellows Program

The program creates allies in pursuit of diversity, cultural learning, and mutual respect. It primarily offers cadets an experiential learning activity as it involves education, immersion and campus outreach activities allowing them to be mentored by experts in the diversity field.
