Chief Bouchee serves as the Command Chief, Commandant of Cadets, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo., where he is the principle enlisted advisor to the Commandant on training, education, standards and personnel matters for 4,100 cadets and 209 permanent party Airmen. Additionally, he has a dual role as the Academy Military Trainer (8B200) Career Field Manager, he is responsible for the training, utilization, and readiness for 72 Academy Military Trainers. He further provides mentorship to cadets, commanders, and Academy Military Training NCOs assigned to the Academy’s four groups, 40 cadet squadrons and staff.

Chief Bouchee was born in Livingston, Mont., on May 6, 1971. He entered the Air Force in June 1989. Throughout his career he has held a variety of leadership positions as NCO in Charge of Flight Management, Instructor Aviation Resource Management and Flight Chief Aviation Resource Management, First Sergeant and Squadron Superintendent, Major Command Functional Manager, and Career Field Functional Manager. Additionally, Chief Bouchee has extensive deployments spanning the first Gulf War, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM AND OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Prior to assuming his current position, Chief Bouchee served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commandant of Cadets, United States Air Force Academy, CO.
