Bio
Captain Hillary C. Keltner is an Instructor of Management at the U.S. Air Force Academy, CO. Prior to her current position, she served as a Program Manager, leading the Advanced Technology Integration Team in the Special Programs Directorate at Los Angeles AFB, CA. She also served as Chief, Curriculum Development at the 50th Operations Support Squadron, Schriever AFB, CO where she developed mission ready training for over 770 group operators and managed AFSPC's training program for eight satellite constellations.
Captain Keltner is a 2015 graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned her Master of Business Administration from Auburn University. From 2017-2019, she played on the All Air Force and the All Armed Forces Women's Volleyball Teams. Captain Keltner's interests/hobbies include trying out local restaurants, playing/coaching volleyball, exercising, reading, cooking, and watching tv/movies.
