Bio

Dr. Karin De Angelis Performs faculty duties in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership, U.S. Air Force Academy. Develops and teaches undergraduate courses in Behavioral Sciences including: Social Class, Race, and Ethnicity in Society; Introduction to Sociology; Gender and Sexuality in Society; and Senior Capstone. Provides guidance and serves as a role model for officer candidates and junior faculty to include lead faculty for the sociocultural concentration. Initiates, coordinates and conducts research in areas of specialization. Currently serving as assistant Advisor-in-Charge responsible for providing academic support to all faculty and leading the advising of all behavioral science majors.
