Bio
Dr. Heyler is a retired colonel who served over 26 years in the Air Force as a personnel officer. He completed 9 assignments over that time at the Wing, Major Command, Air Staff and Joint levels. He received his PhD in Business from Auburn University in 2014 where he focused his research on ethical decision making and character development. He has published in numerous journals to include The Leadership Quarterly, The Journal of Managerial Issues, The Journal of Education for Business and The Journal of Character and Leadership Development.
