To educate, train and inspire men and women to become officers of character motivated to lead the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force in service to our nation.

GOALS
  • GOAL 1: Inspire and reinforce a culture of living honorably.
    • Objective 1.1. Institutionally embrace the Air Force Core Values and the Leader of Character Framework.

    • Objective 1.2. Uphold dignity and respect as fundamental to character and leadership.

    • Objective 1.3. Promote an equitable and inclusive culture that leverages diversity as a strategic imperative.

    • Objective 1.4. Foster and maintain a safe environment free of discrimination, harassment, and violence.

  • GOAL 2: Prepare for future conflict.
    • Objective 2.1. Provide robust foundational education to prepare warfighters for the future fight.

    • Objective 2.2. Facilitate future conflict learning through integrated research and laboratory applications.

    • Objective 2.3. Build experiences to synthesize the skills necessary to prepare warfighters for the future fight.

  • GOAL 3: Foster a culture that embraces innovation, fueled by Airmen and Guardians.
    • Objective 3.1. Educate and inspire Airmen and Guardians in cultural and procedural innovation to shift the institutional mindset.

    • Objective 3.2. Construct and sustain physical and digital infrastructure to facilitate innovative mission assurance.
    • Objective 3.3. Expand and maintain innovation communities and partnerships to increase the flow of ideas.

  • GOAL 4: Execute operations in an integrated, accountable, and agile manner.
    • Objective 4.1. Enhance institutional effectiveness by collecting, analyzing, and socializing data, instilling a culture of assessment, supporting integrative solutions, and optimizing current resources.

    • Objective 4.2. Increase organizational accountability and mission readiness by aligning policies with pertinent oversight and education, evaluating programs, and providing timely feedback.
    • Objective 4.3. Facilitate a structure for a shared vision, resourcing alignment, sustainment of processes, and instill corporate discipline driven by the mission, strategic plan, and the Academy’s established priorities.
