Bio
Captain Jacob Hoekstra is an Instructor of Computer Science at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado, where he is responsible for educating, training, and inspiring men and women to become officers of character upon graduation and commissioning as second lieutenants.
Captain Hoekstra received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He attended Undergraduate Cyberspace Training in the summer of 2015 before monitoring space and missile systems at Cheyenne Mountain AFB, CO. He received his Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Charleston West Virginia in 2019.
