Ms. Teresa Whinnery served as an active-duty Air Force personnel and manpower specialist for 4 years. As the Office of Research T3 and Support Aggrements Specialist, Ms. Whinnery provides administrative guidance on agreements (CRADAs, MOAs, EPAs, MTAs, CTAs, etc.) and assists with research and tech transfer tasks, inquires, and deliverables.
