Bio

Lieutenant Colonel Michelle I. Nash is the Director of Operations and an Assistant Professor for the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado. She also served as the Deputy Department Head for three years and co-led 48 multi-disciplinary civilians, military members and contractors, and deployed for six months as a Detachment Commander. Lieutenant Colonel Nash has taught multiple Psychology and Leadership courses at USAFA and was recently selected to teach a Leadership Development course for the Air Officer Commanding Program through the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Prior to her current assignment, she was Chief of the Continuous Learning and Performance Assessment Branch in the Warfighter Readiness Research Division of the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
