Bio

Calli Holaway is the Director of Academic Assessment at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she has worked since 2018. Prior to coming to the Academy, she was an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education at Tennessee State University and the University of Alabama. She completed her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Arkansas in 2005, where she worked at a research associate and adjunct instructor until 2009. She has taught research and statistics courses, as well as mathematics and science education courses. Her current research focuses on developing assessments in K-12 mathematics and exploring the impact of language skills on mathematics achievement.
