Attending Commissioning Ceremony (Green Roads)

• Expect heavy traffic between 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Event traffic may enter U.S. Air Force Academy via North Gate or South Gate
• Event traffic is requested to enter through the gate closest to your destination

NOT Attending Commissioning Ceremony (Blue Roads)

• If entering North Gate, stay in right lane and continue straight towards Academy Dr.
• If entering South Gate, stay in left lane and turn left onto Pine Dr.
• If exiting North Gate, proceed to North Gate Blvd. to exit the installation
• If exiting South Gate, proceed to Pine Dr. to exit the installation
• All personnel are authorized to use GREEN and BLUE roads

Academy Residents and Staff (Red Roads)

• Advised to enter either through the North Gate or South Gate
• Stadium Blvd. from Pine Dr. to the B-52 display will be closed from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Community Center Dr. between E. Douglass Dr. and Stadium Blvd. will be closed
• Academy Dr. from Lot 6 to Stadium Blvd. will be closed
• Parade Loop and USAFA Cemetery to Stadium Blvd. will be closed

Additional Information

• Bicycle riding on the installation is prohibited between the hours of 5 a.m.-4 p.m.
• FamCamp must be vacated during the Thunderbird flyover between the hours of 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

• Event traffic will be directed to Stadium Blvd.

NOT Attending Graduation (Blue Roads)

• If entering North Gate, stay in right lane and continue straight towards Academy Dr.
• If entering South Gate, stay in left lane and turn left onto Pine Dr.
• If exiting North Gate, stay in the left lane to exit the installation
• If exiting South Gate, proceed to Pine Dr. to exit the installation

Academy Residents and Staff (Red Roads)

• Advised to enter through Pine Dr. or North Gate Blvd
• Interior Dr. between W. Douglass Dr. and Academy Dr. will be closed
• Stadium Blvd. will be closed from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (depicted on next slide)
• Advised to avoid Event Area from 5 a.m.-2:30 p.m., if not attending
• Buses shuttling cadets to Graduation will be moving through East/West Douglass Dr.

Inclement Weather Location

• If the event is held at this location, graduates will be limited to 3 tickets each (red tickets). Yellow ticket holders will not be able to attend the ceremony at the alternate location.
