Shawn Campbell, June 17 at the Air Force Academy. Hartless comes to the Academy from the Pentagon, where he was the senior military assistant to the secretary of the Air Force for Installations & Energy. Before then, he commanded the 86th Civil Engineer Group at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
