Bio
Major Kristian “Krissy” Diggs serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at the United States Air Force Academy, CO. She teaches the core course, Law for Air Force Officers, which all cadets must take, and Negotiations.
Major Diggs received a direct commission as an Air Force Judge Advocate in November 2015, and entered active duty in January 2016. In 2015, she received her Juris Doctorate and Master of Science in Sports Business Management from The University of Alabama. In 2014, Major Diggs studied abroad in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory at Australian National University College of Law. In 2011, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at The University of West Florida. As a JAG, Capt Diggs has served in various roles as a legal advisor, prosecutor, and Special Victims' Counsel at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and Moody AFB, GA. She is admitted to practice law before The Supreme Court of Alabama, The United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and The United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.
