Transcript Information

The USAFA Preparatory School is an unaccredited institution. Transcripts are kept for 25 years after graduation from the Prep School. A transcript may be requested at any time and there is no fee for a transcript. Older transcripts may not be available. Only the Prep School attendee may request a transcript. If you wish to request a transcript, you should fill out this form and fax to 719-333-3022. There is a 48 hour turn around time on transcripts. Information provided is covered by the Privacy Act of 1974 .
