IITA accepts proposal on a rolling
basis throughout the year and should be sent to the Managing
Director. After an initial review, proposals are sent to a
Proposal Review Committee composed of representatives from different
academic departments for a comprehensive review with comments and
suggestions which may request further detail. Then the proposal is
submitted to the Director of IITA for approval based upon funding
capability.
The proposal

Cover Page
Background
information and relevancy or significance
Research objectives
Research Design
Schedule/Milestones
Assessment/metrics
and how objectives were met or not met
