was established to promote the exchange of professional, academic, and social experiences between the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy , and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
of the exchange program is to further the bonds of friendship and understanding between the separate branches of our United States military services. The spirit of camaraderie and understanding, gained through close personal experience, can contribute greatly, now and in the future, to the understanding and good relations between the service academies and the four services.
This voluntary program
involves an exchange of second and a few third-class cadets during the fall and spring semester of each academic year.
