DISTINGUISHED VISITING PROFESSOR

Dr. John Barkdull is Associate Professor of Political Science at Texas Tech University, where he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in international relations and American public policy since 1993. Dr. Barkdull received a Senior Fulbright Fellowship to teach at Dhaka University, Bangladesh in 2003, and a 2004 Fulbright-Hays Group Study Abroad Fellowship for study in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos. He has published in Environmental Ethics, Ethics and International Affairs, Presidential Studies Quarterly, State and Local Government Review, American Political Science Review, and other journals, as well as contributing a number of book chapters and book reviews. Current research and teaching interests focus on international organization, international ethics, and globalization.
