Registration: For registration information, please click on the "Registration Information" tab on the left hand side.
Transportation: Transportation will be provided from the Colorado Springs Airport to the Academy and to all events associated with the Academy Assembly. For those delegates arriving into other locations, please advise the Academy Assembly staff and discuss possible pickup options.
Cost: This year's Academy Assembly will have no conference fee and no funds will be directly collected from attendees. Delegates will only pay for their travel expenses.
Lodging: Delegates have been approved to room with cadets at no expense!
Meals: Meals will be catered on a daily basis.

Attire: Suggested attire for the conference is nice but casual, and attire for the closing banquet is dressy (coat and tie for the men with the equivalent for ladies).
Security: Due to security requirements, all delegates are required to have a government ID to be allowed on the installation.
After the Assembly: Those who wish to take advantage of Colorado's stunning outdoors and attractions are welcome to stay after the Assembly. However, the Academy Assembly will not provide any lodging, food, or transportation.
Below is a list of recommended packing items:
Required clothing:
Dress attire: Long sleeve shirts with ties and slacks or equivalent
One suit or equivalent
Recommended clothing to bring:
Casual attire: Sweaters, Long sleeved shirts, long pants, thermals, warm shoes, gloves, beanies
Plan for poor/cold winter weather in Colorado!
Other items:
Tooth brush/toothpaste, shampoo, etc.
Steno pads/notebooks/something to jot ideas down in roundtable sessions, pen/pencil
Money for souvenirs/snacks
Government Issued Photo ID
