Opportunities

The Department of Management employs 28 full-time military faculty, eight full-time civilian faculty, and one civilian administrative assistant. We also sponsor qualified applicants for full-time MBAs at the Naval Postgraduate School and PhD candidates at AACSB Accredited institutions. We invite applications at any time and have a rolling hiring process for military faculty positions. If you are in a summer move cycle, then the application is due July the year prior to your move. If you are in a fall/winter cycle, then the application is due in November the year prior to your scheduled move. If you are in a spring cycle, the application is due in March the year prior to your scheduled move.   The competition is highly selective, and we prefer direct hire applicants have an AACSB-accredited MBA or equivalent degree.
