Biography
Dr. Levy is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Management Department at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is interested in applying principles from transpersonal psychology to organizational theory.
Dr. Levy earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, a Master of Human Resources from Webster University, and a BS from the United States Air Force Academy. His dissertation was entitled, “Life Meaning from a Paradigmatic Perspective, its Impact on Job satisfaction and an Introduction to Self-Realization Theory.”
Dr. Levy previously worked as a management consultant for international accounting firms, was a Senior Marketing Manager at America Online and served in the Air Force for ten years.
