The Department of Engineering Mechanics (DFEM) at the United States Air Force Academy is dedicated to excellence in Engineering Education.  As part of this, our instructors are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to aid in student comprehension of various principles such as combustion and cyclic variations, pollutant formation and modeling, and design and fabrication of vehicles for intercollegiate competitions.
