Vision:
The Office of Faculty Development in the
Center for Educational Excellence is eager to help you with any
aspect of your professional career at USAFA. We can provide
resources such as books, articles, or advice on all aspects of your
teaching. Working closely with the Office of Academic Assessment, we
can also design ways to discover how you are teaching and what your
students are learning. We offer one-on-one consultations and
department workshops on a variety of topics including critical
thinking, active learning, motivating students, etc. We also
coordinate CEE-funded attendance at teaching conferences in the
state of Colorado. Please contact us if you are interested in

teaching, or with the preparation of your promotion portfolio.
