Course Objectives: |
Upon completion of the course, students shall be able to:
- Represent and transform (Scale, Rotate, Translate) two and three-dimensional models.
- View a model from any location with both orthographic and perspective projections.
- Apply lighting models and algorithms.
- Contrast interactive techniques (conventional rendering pipeline which includes modeling, viewing, lighting, materials application) with ray tracing.
- Understand the specifications for a standard graphics library and use that library to produce sophisticated applications.
