Course Description: |
Digital VLSI Circuits. 3(2). A continuation of the study of electronics for Computer Engineering majors. Applies diode and field effect transistor concepts to the design and implementation of Very Large Scale Integrated (VLSI) circuits. Applies VHDL descriptions in concert with logic synthesis tools to generate mask level implementations of physical VLSI circuit design. Lab. Final exam. Prereq: El Engr 281 and El Engr 321. Sem hrs: 3 spring.
