Military Positions | Military FAQ | Advanced Degree Sponsorship
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (DFCE) needs instructors in Construction Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering. All of our military faculty hold a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in one of those disciplines. Each year we accept applications for “direct hires,” which are officers who already hold a MS or PhD degree and want to join the faculty. We look for the best overall candidates and do not target a specific discipline each year.
If you are interested in teaching, but do not hold a graduate degree, consult the “Advanced Degree Sponsorship” section of this site.
