Dr. Callahan is author of The Cheating Culture: Why More Americans are Doing Wrong to Get Ahead. He is also co-founder of Demos, a New York-based think tank where he is now a Senior Fellow. His numerous articles in newspapers and magazines have been published in such places as The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, and The American Prospect. Callahan has also been a frequent commentator on television programs, appearing on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, and radio talk shows across the United States. He is a graduate of Hampshire College and holds a PhD in Politics from Princeton University.
