Mr. Werner Erhard

Erhard is a world renowned business, management and humanitarian leader, with an esteemed record of accomplishment and achievement at the highest levels of U.S. national policy, international peace, reconciliation and development efforts, and leadership and management theory and practice. His creation of innovative ideas and models of individual, organizational and social transformation have impacted such diverse fields as philosophy, business, education, psychotherapy, global development, medicine, conflict resolution and community building. Erhard has founded and led several global foundations and has a distinguished record of academic contributions, authored numerous publications, and led hundreds of courses across the globe on leadership and creating transformative results. In all, more than two million people around the world have participated in his programs. Erhard's international accomplishments include peace and reconciliation efforts in Northern Ireland, business leader training as part of the U.S State Department's Russia-U.S. Project, and a life history of contributions to impoverished regions of the world, to include Bangladesh, India, Ethiopia, Mexico, Cambodia, Mozambique and many others. Erhard is a leading thinker in the fields of philosophy, linguistics, and leadership and management theory and practice, ideas incorporated by a majority of Fortune 100 companies - he was recognized by Fortune magazine's 40th Anniversary issue as a major innovative thinker in shaping modern management thinking about empowerment over the last 35 years.
Kari Granger
Photo of Capt. Kari Granger Kari Granger is a fellow for the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy and performance consultant with Sunergos, LLC. A former Assistant Professor at the Air Force Academy, she developed and taught transformational leadership courses and seminars. As a decorated military officer, Granger applied the concepts of transformative leadership under the most challenging of conditions, to include leading logistical operations for hurricane evacuation missions, humanitarian aid, and leading troops under enemy fire during combat duty in Iraq. Currently, Granger is bringing her knowledge of performance coaching and leadership development to create a new paradigm to address the challenges of reintegration facing our armed service members returning from hardship deployments. Her commitment to leadership transformation has extended to working with numerous military organizations, state universities, the US Ski and Snowboard Association, as well as in partnership with the US State Department as a leadership development expert working with defense force institutions outside the United States. Granger studied at the Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, St Petersburg, Russia, is a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a BS in Human Factors and holds an MA from the University of New Mexico in Education Leadership.
Dr. Michael Jensen
Photo of Dr. Michael Jensen Michael Jensen is the Jesse Isidor Strauss Professor of Business, Emeritus, at the Harvard Business School. He is also Senior Advisor to The Monitor Group and co-founder and Chairman of Social Science Electronic Publishing Incorporated. He is widely respected as a leading financial economist and organizational theorist and lecturer and is regarded as the intellectual father of private equity. Has been responsible, among other things, for developing Jensen's Alpha (a widely-used portfolio performance measure) and Agency Theory (with his co-author, Bill Meckling), co-founding a highly successful academic journal (the Journal of Financial Economics), promoting social science scholarship in general (through Social Science Electronic Publishing), advancing the theory and practice of managerial compensation and corporate governance, and designing and teaching path-breaking courses (such as the Coordination, Control and Management of Organizations (CCMO) course at Harvard Business School). Professor Jensen has a BA in Economics from Macalester College and an MBA and PhD in Business from the University of Chicago.
Dr. Joseph DiMaggio
Photo of Dr. Joseph DiMaggio Joe Dimaggio, M.D. is the executive accountable for research and development for Transformational Programs offered through Landmark Education, and a senior consultant with Vanto Group. Over nearly twenty-five years, Dr. DiMaggio has consulted and trained thousands of managers in the corporate, public and non-profit sectors. His work covers a wide range including research and development of programs, executive management of educational curricula, and on-site training of individuals and groups at all levels. A graduate of Yale University and the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine, Dr. DiMaggio has held positions at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a senior researcher and as an executive in the cancer treatment division.
