This workshop is designed to create mastery in the delivery of our new course entitled "Being A Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership: An Ontological Model".

The workshop will equip, enlighten and engage faculty members and global leaders from a variety of institutions, to deliver a high-impact transformative leadership course - producing a new paradigm of leaders ready to meet the global demands of the 21st century.
