1. To be embedded wherever forces serve.

2. To provide a religious ministry responsive to the needs of service members, families, and other authorized personnel at home or deployed.

3. As visible reminders of the "Holy", to directly perform or indirectly provide for the free exercise and accommodation of religion (DoD Directive 1300.17).

4. To provide highly skilled eyes and ears to advise senior leadership on morale, readiness, and well being to Air Force community.
