What is a Snow Removal Phase?

PHASE 1 AND 2	Emergency roads will be open 24/7. All other roads will be plowed and/or maintained as shown on the Snow Phases map. All secondary roads, remaining parking lots will be plowed and/or maintained within 24 hours after the snow event, or as other events may require.
PRIORITY 3	The Air Force Academy is closed. Emergency routes for snow removal on the Academy. Follow the posted Snow Route Signs.
