Military Family Housing

 We hope that this web page will answer your questions about housing at the Academy. Read on to see information about:

The housing office is located on the USAFA in the Pine Valley Housing area, near the Pine Valley Elementary School. The address is 6556 Columbine Drive. Our office hours are from 0800 to 1530, Monday through Friday. Our phone number is DSN 333-2100 or Commercial (719) 333-2100. It is advisable to call the housing office and make an appointment with one of the Housing Assistants, upon your arrival. This will reduce your waiting time in our office and allow the housing staff to be better prepared for your visit.

There are two housing areas: Douglass Valley and Pine Valley. Officer housing is in Douglass Valley and most of the Enlisted housing is located in Pine Valley. Styles of houses available at the Academy are found below.
