      How do I get an appointment?

Enrolled TriCare Prime patients see their assigned primary care manager (PCM) and if their PCM feels they need to be seen by an ENT provider. A referral is placed in CHCS, once it has been reviewed and accepted by the clinic, the patient will be contacted to set up an appointment.

      Do I need an appointment for an ear cleaning?

Yes, patients need to be seen and get a referral. This appointment is with a trained technician not an evaluation by a provider. Appointments are available Monday-Friday at 1500 and 1515.

      How do I get my medication refilled/renewed?

Variety of ways:
  • Simply calling the medication refill line: 719-333-3784. Be sure to have your prescription number (located on the label) with you.
  • If you're told that your medication refills have expired, you can contact the ENT clinic or your PCM to request that a new request be entered.
      Do you have a waiting list for scheduling surgery?
