      How do I get an appointment?

TriCare Prime/TriCare Plus patients need a referral from their assigned primary care manager (PCM) to be seen in the Audiology clinic.

RACHAP patients can call directly 719-333-5635 or 719-333-3262 for space available hearing aid appointment.

      Can I get my hearing aids at the USAF Academy?

Active duty members are eligible for government procured hearing aids upon the recommendation from the audiologist assigned to the 10th Medical Group and a medical clearance from an otolaryngologist. Active Duty Family Members will be referred to a network provider for the device.

Retirees may participate in RACHAP program as space available.

  • Hearing Aid Repair and Programming by appointment (AF Only)
  • Auditory Processing Disorders Evaluation
  • Bone Anchored Hearing Aid (BAHA)
  • Electronystagmography (ENG) AKA vestibular testing
  • Hearing Conservation Program with referral from Public Health
  • RACHAP (Retiree at Cost Hearing Aid Purchase Program) for retired members, no retired dependents, space available.
      Inclement Weather Policy

If the base is on 2 hour delay all medical appointments up to 0930 are cancelled. If the base is closed all medical appointments are cancelled. Please pay close attention to local news/weather for updates/closures. Patients please call central appointments next duty day to reschedule appointments.
