The Cadet Optometry Clinic is a primary care clinic. Call the TRICARE appointment line at 457-2273, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Primary Care Managers or Specialty Care Providers may send STAT/ASAP referrals to the Cadet Optometry Clinic for sudden loss of vision or eye pain/redness. Such referrals must be accompanied by a direct provider-to-provider telephone conversation for consultation and approval of STAT/ASAP referrals. ROUTINE referrals are NOT accepted. Follow-up appointments (i.e. dilation, contact lens progress check, Glaucoma workup) can be made by calling the Cadet Optometry Clinic directly at 333-5189.
